  • Run daily/weekly meetings, set goals, track progress, call out blockers, and follow up to get them resolved.
  • Build weekly task lists, set priorities, and make sure dependencies are handled.
  • Track progress, flag when work is ready for review, schedule review sessions, and follow through on action items.
  • Create timelines and workflows in Asana (or similar tools) to keep projects organized and consistent.
  • Pitch in where needed to support Creative Services projects.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows in design, social, digital, paid media, and brand campaigns.
  • Ability to build realistic timelines that cover dependencies.
  • Experience in tracking budget spend and reporting results.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and Google Workspace; bonus if able to handle Adobe Creative Suite files.
  • CSM or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
  • Experience in marketing or creative production, ideally in games, entertainment, and advertising.
