The Facilities Management Planning & Design Department is seeking a Project Manager to join the team. This Project Manager will have a primary focus of university projects and VCU Health projects when needed overseeing all coordination and management of capital and non-capital planning & design to facilitate successful completion. The project management portion of this position includes supervision of architectural firms, engineering firms, consulting specialists, and associated medical center services during the planning stage of construction or renovation projects. The core management functions of this position include: Developing project budgets, managing architectural and engineering design consultants, managing project schedules, coordinating submission of drawings for permit review.
