Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager provides oversight for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling all program requirements to include engineering, manufacturing, technical support, quality management, IT and Cyber to a federal Navy program office. This is a contingent position expected to be located in Panama City Beach, FL.

Requirements

• An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
• 10 years of progressively responsible project management experience within the Department of Defense on systems similar to the LCAC C4N systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing and directing diverse task teams in a dynamic environment similar to the technical complexities of the LCAC C4N systems.
• Demonstrated experience developing project schedules, performing resource planning, and monitoring and tracking tasks and expenditures against baseline budgets.
• Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring risks and using Risk Management tools such as Risk Exchange or similar tool.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting reviews and evaluating effectiveness of task execution and performance against baseline deliverables.
• Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Must possess strong time management skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
• The ability to lift items that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Travel Required ~10% travel required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with NSWC Panama City Division.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of business operations analysts, engineers, software developers, manufacturers, technicians, quality managers, IT and cybersecurity professionals to support the maintenance and security of Speed Littoral Connectors, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Navigation (C4N) technologies.
• Support the planning, execution, monitoring and control of scope, schedule, cost and risks associated with the program.
• Serve as primary point of contact within and between INDUS and Government stakeholders.
• Ensure all contractual requirements and deliverables are met on-time, within budget and of the utmost quality.
• Engage with INDUS leadership and corporate resources to lead and manage task order execution.
• Bid and proposal support if requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
