About The Position

The Project Manager for Conda Phosphate Operations in Soda Springs, Idaho will report to the Supervisor of Project Management and function as a member of the Conda Phosphate Operations (CPO) Tech Services Team. This position ensures that projects and scheduling activities associated with Capital Projects and Plant Services are effectively executed. Responsibilities include overseeing the safety and all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for CAPEX for projects that range from several thousand dollars to multimillion dollar projects, managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. The role includes submitting reports and updates on a weekly basis for upper management regarding the status of a project and attending several monthly meetings to submit CAPEX forecasts and project phase development. Communication with operations and maintenance planners is essential to ensure work tasks are properly coordinated.
