About The Position

The Project Manager will serve as a Program Manager for a large mission critical client, requiring specific experience in managing large-scale industrial projects such as central utility plants, data center infrastructure, or district energy systems. The role involves reviewing plans and specifications to determine the best HVAC equipment solutions, developing proposals and technical submittal data, and becoming a local market expert for equipment and control solutions. The Project Manager will also educate customers on technological advancements, foster customer relationships, and support projects from beginning to completion to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10–25 years of experience.
  • Former general contractor (GC) or EPC project executive with direct experience in large-scale industrial projects.
  • Experience leading $100M+ industrial-scale projects with multiple OEM packages.
  • Deep knowledge of permitting, environmental requirements, EOR coordination, and commissioning.
  • Comfortable being the primary face to the client while protecting contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Review plans and specifications to determine best HVAC Equipment solutions for a given building or application.
  • Develop proposals & technical submittal data for HVAC equipment & building controls solutions.
  • Become local market experts for equipment and control solutions manufactured by the companies represented by HTS.
  • Inform & educate customers regarding technological advancements in the HVAC industry.
  • Foster & maintain customer relationships.
  • Support projects from beginning to completion to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Learn & utilize the HTS enterprise software used to operate the business.
