About The Position

The Building Automation Project Manager is responsible for managing resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements. This role coordinates projects in accordance with contract documents and approved sales estimates, manages all document control for projects, and prepares project billing revenue forecasts and schedules of values. The Project Manager reviews all estimates and change orders for accuracy, approves all team project submittals, and is accountable for financial management on all assigned projects. Additionally, this position prepares installation subcontractor bidding documents, negotiates subcontracts, and maintains all project contract documents in accordance with Schneider Electric's quality policy. The Project Manager also prepares and updates project schedules and cost estimates, delivers final project documentation to customers, and is responsible for all customer-facing communication.
