About The Position

Phreesia, a leading health technology company, is looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in the execution of our creative projects. This individual will work cross-functionally to ensure that creative projects are delivered on time and meet the needs of affected business areas. Specifically, the Project Manager will manage the planning and execution of all project sizes and types (e.g., content for web, one-pagers, decks, etc.). Also, this individual will proactively look for opportunities to improve and develop processes for our team, internally and cross-functionally. This is a role for an organized, efficient self-starter and effective communicator. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a positive attitude are essential. Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant project management experience within a creative or advertising agency or an in-house marketing team
  • Experience in a wide range of creative projects, including ads, web design, social, sales materials, white papers and other long-format content, videos, product collateral, etc.
  • Ability to quickly earn the trust of key stakeholders, set direction and execute
  • Proven success working across all levels of management.
  • Experience with project management tools required, Monday.com and Ziflow project management platform experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully navigate a highly matrixed organization.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and onboard new hires on system requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (approximately1x -2x per quarter)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within pharma or healthcare-adjacent environments is an asset
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Monday.com and Ziflow project management platform experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate each phase of creative projects, from initiation to closure, for Life Sciences as well as other segments which includes ensuring resource availability and that projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Facilitate project requirements from definition through launch
  • Create detailed project plans using project management tools to ensure key milestones, dependencies and timelines are clearly communicated to stakeholders and partners as well as maintained on our project roadmap/dashboard
  • Coordinate working groups for each project and ensure the right stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Manage the creative projects of several offshore team members
  • Communicate project status to teams and stakeholders on a regular basis, maintaining internal status reports, risk mitigation, report and escalate to management as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and develop new processes that will streamline workflows, optimize creative production, enhance communications, etc.
  • Lead project kickoff and milestone meetings when applicable with clear agendas and actionable next steps
  • Partner with the Creative Team Manager to build monthly project and resource utilization reporting to maximize deliverables
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful elements of the process
