Requirements

Experience in technical project or product management, preferably in a consulting environment
Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, and knowledge of how to apply them pragmatically
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment between client vision, business value, and executional strategy while mitigating any risks or concerns
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements
Demonstrated experience in all phases of the technology project lifecycle, including the identification of the business case and development of a strategic project plan
Excellent client engagement and communication skills; ability to navigate complexity and build trust
Commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and outcomes-focused team environment to contribute to Slalom's core values

Nice To Haves

Retail industry experience is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or leading AI-based solutions (preferred)

Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of projects and/or product deliverables from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless integration and consistency, coordination of shared resources, and alignment with client goals
Maintain client relationships and keep stakeholders engaged to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
Develop detailed project plans, tailoring methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to define scope, budget, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, financial reporting, and strategies
Proactively monitor, identify, and address risks through status reporting and issue management to ensure delivery success
Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration and continuous improvement across multiple disciplines
Partner with engagement leads, stakeholders, and technical and business consultants to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver outcomes, balancing strategic intent with executional excellence
Mentor and support project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Support the development of internal processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing
