About The Position

We are hiring for a Project Manager in our Buffalo, NY office. This role involves managing the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of drilling projects. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met, monitor project progress, and adjust plans as necessary. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, as well as preparing project reports, documentation, and presentations. The Project Manager is also expected to lead and mentor project team members to promote efficiency and professional growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years project management experience in environmental or geotechnical drilling industry.
Strong understanding of drilling operations and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Nice To Haves

OSHA and HAZWOPER certifications are beneficial.
