About The Position

Highland Roofing is growing fast, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us keep things running smoothly in the Raleigh market. If you've got a background in commercial roofing and love keeping projects on track, let's talk. You'll manage new construction, re-roofs, and restoration/coating projects - and play a big part in making sure everything gets done on time, on budget, and up to Highland standards. Requirements

3+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing
Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction workflows
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
Comfortable working independently and making smart decisions on the fly
Strong communicator (written and verbal) who keeps everyone in the loop

Responsibilities

Manage projects from start to finish - creating job packets, buying out materials, scheduling labor, and keeping everything on track
Work closely with our construction managers and field crews
Coordinate deliveries with suppliers so the team always has what they need
Prepare change orders and manage any warranty callbacks
Track job costs and performance to help us keep getting better
Jump in with leadership to improve processes and make things run smoother
