This is an embedded role that sits with our clients in the financial services space. The BNY Project Manager is responsible for delivering operational excellence, commercial stewardship, and implementing consistent ways of working across our agency partners and internal stakeholders. This role is pivotal in optimizing how our teams deliver work for BNY, enabling best-in-class partnership, process innovation, and commercial success. The Project Manager will partner closely with the Agency PM and Operations Leads as well as BNY stakeholders, to find efficiency and consistency across BNY projects. This role will be located at BNY’s office with in office attendance required 4 days a week. Client services mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Integrated agency team and client partners will be pivotal. Familiarity with Workfront, or other types of project management platform preferred. Manage creative resourcing for current and future workload across brand and agency resources working in concert with agency project manager and BNY Creative and Production team. Large part of role will be managing workflow and resources to fit within retainer. Agility and flexibility in re-prioritizing workstreams to allow for ad hoc projects. Utilize unique position of being on client site to forge relationships with clients and get ahead of work flow, providing insights on current and future projects and identify any operational hurdles. Focus on on-time project delivery and ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
