About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects that drive organizational efficiency and strategic growth. This role oversees cross-functional initiatives involving cloud, data, software, and platform delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, a structured approach to project delivery, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within a technology or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exposure to or interest in AI-enabled project management tools.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of technology projects across cloud, data, software, and platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., generative AI for documentation, predictive analytics for risk tracking, automated reporting) to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
• Partner with senior project leads and consultants to ensure alignment with PMO standards and best practices.
• Track project performance and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function through process optimization and knowledge sharing.
