About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) to lead CRM-related projects from inception through deployment and support. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions leveraging the D365 CE platform (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).

Requirements

5+ years of project management experience, including at least 23 years focused on D365 CE this role requires strong D365 CE experience .
Hands-on understanding of D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies .
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, or implementation partners.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / Functional Consultant Associate ).
PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
Familiarity with Power Platform , Azure integrations , or custom workflows .

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for D365 CE implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
Define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison between client/business units and technical teams.
Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project.
Coordinate development, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live activities.
Ensure project delivery aligns with best practices, budget, and timelines.
Drive user adoption and support post-implementation transition.
