At GTT, we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of small to large, complex connectivity solutions for enterprise customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accountability, collaboration, and turning complex requirements into successful outcomes. As a Project Manager, you will own and manage customer delivery projects from initiation through handover to operations. Acting as the single point of contact, you’ll coordinate internal GTT teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards, while building trusted relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of project coordination or project management experience in telecommunications or a PMO environment
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams and external suppliers
  • Strong influencing skills with confidence managing challenging stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of multiple customer projects simultaneously, based on size and complexity
  • Act as the single point of contact for all project deliverables and communications
  • Set up and manage virtual project teams across internal functions and third-party partners
  • Lead regular internal and customer-facing project meetings and status reporting
  • Build and maintain project documentation, including scope, timelines, risks, and success criteria
  • Track progress, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to GTT project methodology, quality standards, and change control processes
  • Support continuous improvement through feedback and process enhancement
