Requirements

4+ years of experience managing R & D projects or leading engineering teams
Experience monitoring project performance, analyzing outcomes, and implementing improvements
Experience developing and managing Work Breakdown Structures ( WBS ) or Integrated Master Schedules ( IMS )
Experience with requirement gathering and documentation, including functional and non-functional specifications
Knowledge of risk management principles and the use of risk tracking tools
Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budget s, and quality standards are met
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with project management sof tware such as Micro sof t Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana
Experience with engineering sof tware such as Creo, ANSYS, or MATLAB
Experience working in government, defense, or regulated environments
Knowledge of procurement or acquisition lifecycle processes
Ability to lead team meetings, facilitate decision-making, and present project updates to senior leadership
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including tailoring messaging to audiences
