The Project Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting high-quality, evidence-based professional development content in the Intervention Academies. This role provides content leadership to ensure coherence, accuracy, and alignment across materials; prepares and supports presenters through Trainers of Trainers and rehearsal processes; and contributes to pilot-year implementation and continuous improvement. The position also collaborates with other STAR team initiatives to ensure consistency of practices and messaging across related projects, including TIER and LIFT.
