Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong background in project estimating and cost management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, OR Associate’s Degree with 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective team leadership and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in construction management or estimating are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and regulate strategic planning initiatives.
  • Provide emergency on-call management services in accordance with company policy.
  • Schedule crews as needed to address potential leads.
  • Prioritize and handle new customer inquiries and questions to ensure prompt service.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to customers within 48 hours of job completion and secure signed certificates of satisfaction if not already on file.
  • Transfer job files for billing within 72 hours of final job cost postings.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints with the support of the president, ensuring all customer calls are returned by the end of each business day.
  • Manage all aspects of fire, water, or mold losses, including preparing new job files, paperwork, scheduling and coordinating crews, and subcontracting services as needed.
  • Communicate each service phase with the customer.
  • Complete billing summaries within ten days of job completion for invoicing.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities as required.
  • Develop and maintain business and personal relationships with insurance industry personnel, including adjusters.
  • Perform project estimating and cost management for all assigned projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of job files and paperwork.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontracting services as needed.
  • Assist with other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Regional Manager.
