We are looking for a sharp, organized project manager to serve as the operational backbone across two parallel workstreams. This person keeps the Rosie team moving — managing priorities, tracking hours, monitoring deliverables, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. They are the connective tissue between the practitioners doing the work and the leadership team that needs to see it. This is not a coordinator role. This person brings structure to ambiguity, pushes for clarity when priorities conflict, and holds the team accountable to timelines without being told to.
