About The Position

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to support Kadiak and our government customer in Bozeman , MT. Requirements

U.S. Citizen
High School Degree or GED
Experience in managing and supervising mechanical maintenance operations for similar size/type buildings.
5 years O&M/Facilities Management experience
8 years in project management/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Manage multiple trades across building portfolio, develop/maintain client relationships, coordinate activities across disciplines, and manage union environment.
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects from conception to completion. Manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, deadlines, TO management, and proposal development for IDIQ work.
Client Relations: Grow relationships and market share, collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, and serve as the first point of contact for contract communication.
Compliance: Implement a QMP and ensure contract compliance and point of contact for contract deliverables.
Energy Management: Primary liaison for energy performance standards.
Safety: Promote safe work environments.
