Project Manager – Construction / Development Montvale, NJ (In-Office) $70K–$100K (DOE) Position Overview We are seeking a sharp, driven Project Manager to support ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction drawings, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and wants hands-on exposure to large-scale projects involving banks, municipalities, engineers, and consultants. Requirements

• Prior experience in construction, development, or related field
• Ability to read and understand construction plans (non-negotiable)
• Strong writing and professional communication skills
• In-office availability (this role is not remote or hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and agencies
• Track approvals, submissions, and project documentation
• Support multiple active projects simultaneously
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Maintain organized records and project timelines
