About The Position
The Project Manager of this work will be responsible for all aspects of what this program does and fails to do. Individuals with great experience leading large and diverse teams, specifically in the data/AI space. We want you to grow here at Steampunk ! The team is currently a geographically dispersed organization of over 20+ team members with diverse skill sets. Supporting a variety of clients and stakeholders, the Program Manager for this role should possess experience in leading in this type of geographic model. As a Project Manager , you will be the leader, driving delivery in a government client consulting environment. You will be a client manager, coach, mentor, and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a client environment. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of relevant leadership experience supporting government IT and cyber security programs; OR Masters degree and 9 years of experience
- Strong understanding of data platforms highly preferred
- Experience in Agile and DevSecOps
- Program and contract management for upwards of 20 FTEs across various contract/task order/clin levels
- Experience interfacing with federal Contracting officials
- Experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) strongly preferred

- PMP, Scrum Master certification preferred
- DHS Public Trust clearance
