Overview The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects end to end, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires strong technical understanding, effective stakeholder communication, and disciplined project management practices to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise systems
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise environment
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and cloud platforms (Azure/Microsoft preferred)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with endpoint management, identity, migrations, or monitoring platforms
• Understanding of ITIL processes and change management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation capabilities
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
• Proven ability to drive accountability and resolve conflicts

Nice To Haves

• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2
• ITIL Foundation
• Agile or Scrum certifications
• Microsoft or cloud-related certifications (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, security, vendors, business stakeholders)
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure alignment with IT governance, security, and compliance standards
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables
• Support change management, documentation, and project closeout
