What You'll Actually Do Own projects from contract to completion â You're the quarterback keeping everyone moving in the same direction Lead and support our installation teams â motivate craftsmen and coordinate with trusted partners Be the calm in the chaos â adjust schedules, troubleshoot issues, and keep quality high when the unexpected happens Keep customers informed and confident â clear communication turns anxiety into excitement Collaborate across departments â you're part of a bigger team working toward shared wins Uphold safety and quality standards â because doing it right is non-negotiable Contribute in daily and weekly team meetings â your voice matters here What We're Looking For You don't need years of construction experience. What you do need: Leadership experience â Have you managed shifts, led teams, or motivated people under pressure? That counts. Problem-solving instincts â You think on your feet and don't panic when plans change Strong communication skills â You can talk to a homeowner, a craftsman, and a vendor all in the same morning ( Bilingual is a Plus ) Organizational skills â You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball Decision-making confidence â You're comfortable making the call and owning the outcome Valid driver's license and clean driving record Required Experience : Experience as a foreman, supervisor, or team lead 3+ years in a trade or hands-on construction/remodeling role Prior Project management experience is a plus If you've thrived in fast-paced retail, hospitality, military leadership, or customer service industry and truly want to make a positive change this may be the career for you.
