This position combines strategic oversight with direct management to successfully bring world-class healthcare solutions to life. You will be essential in leading project teams through each stage, from identification and justification to prioritization, initiation, development, and implementation, delivering impeccable results that have a considerable effect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 10 years of product lifecycle experience, including development through commercialization
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, leading multi‑site projects within the medical products industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of GMPs, GLP/GCP, and Product Development Process requirements
  • Proven ability to apply business acumen, leadership principles, and Vital Behaviors, including developing others

Nice To Haves

  • PMI, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification/experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own overall project performance, including schedule, scope, budget, and delivery commitments
  • Lead and motivate cross‑functional core teams to define project strategy, goals, and execution plans
  • Clearly define, maintain, and control project scope throughout the lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with all functions and levels of management to ensure alignment and visibility
  • Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, and develop and execute mitigation and response plans
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve conflicts and issues to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the team in identifying and implementing process enhancements
