About The Position

Additionally, many of the original team members that helped to build our flagship Patient Portal, still work for InteliChart today. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to help us work towards the mission of delivering healthier outcomes to all. Job Summary The Project Manager at InteliChart is responsible for leading client training implementations from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of client satisfaction. This role oversees project planning, coordination of resources, risk management, and stakeholder communication while applying project management and training best practices to drive efficiency and success. The Project Manager plays a key role in aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing training workflows, and maintaining high-quality standards that support both client and company objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification.
  • Prior experience in a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical practice environments, or healthcare technology.
  • Knowledge of specialty workflows (e.g., Orthopedics, Cardiology, OB/GYN, Family Medicine).
  • Previous training experience with Patient Portals or EMR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from contract review and sales turnover through implementation and project completion.
  • Develop and execute detailed project work plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and day-to-day execution.
  • Apply standard project management principles, including scope, time, cost, quality, communications, and risk management.
  • Track project performance, address roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Partner with the COO and VP of Professional Services to align work with organizational goals using the OKR methodology.
  • Guide project teams by sharing knowledge, offering support, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster an engaging, collaborative, and results-driven work environment that encourages efficiency and innovation.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand training needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent value delivery and proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities for improved education, support, and potential upsell or cross-sell initiatives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to help clients optimize solutions and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular internal and client meetings to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify issues and escalate when necessary to maintain project continuity.
  • Participate in financial aspects of projects, including revenue forecasting, profitability, and cost control.
  • Monitor and enforce client contract hours and billing guidelines to support project profitability.
  • Continuously evaluate internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Document lessons learned and share best practices across the team.
  • Stay current on emerging project management methodologies and industry trends.
