Ballentine Partners is seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented Project Manager to support strategic initiatives across the business. This person needs to be ready to grow into a dynamic, high-impact role. They will report to the Chief of Staff and interact frequently with the Director of Technology Initiatives and CEO. They will play a critical role in driving cross-functional projects, improving operational efficiency, and supporting key business priorities, including technology and process innovation. The right candidate doesn't need to have done it all yet. They need the foundation, the drive, and the mindset to develop quickly in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 and is commensurate with experience. Performance bonuses are based upon company and personal performance and are paid annually.
