About The Position

We're hiring for a Project Manager for our team in Winter Garden, FL! The Project Manager is responsible for the overall execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction of assigned projects. This role leads planning, coordination, and communication across internal teams, clients, and vendors while ensuring adherence to company processes and approval workflows. What You'll Do: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Project Ownership and Execution - Managing projects from start to finish; developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; Financial Management - Own project budget, cost tracking, and margin performance; review job setup for accuracy and completeness, monitor job costs, identify variances, and take corrective action; Approve PO's, invoices, and cost changes, issue PO's for daily vendors Procurement and Oversight - Review and approve all PO's prior to issuance; provide final approval on large vendor PO's before escalation; ensure procurement aligns with project budgets and timelines Approval Workflows - Act as primary approver for project-related financial and operational decisions; ensure all project activities follow established company workflows Leadership and Coordination - Coordinate with APM, Coordinator, and Field Supervisor; ensure alignment between office and field operations; identify and mitigate risks proactively What You'll Bring to the Table: 5+ years of project management experience (construction/mechanical preferred) Strong financial and contract management skills Proven leadership and decision-making ability Proficiency in project management and accounting software Why You'll Love Working Here: We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and growth oriented work environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience (construction/mechanical preferred)
  • Strong financial and contract management skills
  • Proven leadership and decision-making ability
  • Proficiency in project management and accounting software
