Requirements

  • 7–12+ years in telecom project/program management.
  • Experience managing multi region programs with 100+ resources.
  • Strong understanding of RF, drive testing, KPIs, workflows, and NWM/automation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead national execution alignment across Regional PMs, Program Managers, NWM/TechInsights teams, and T-Mobile HQ leads.
  • Own staffing governance, onboarding readiness, NTID/tool access validation.
  • Manage monthly national hiring and capacity plans for all key roles.
  • Oversee nationwide resource distribution, onsite/offsite mix, and rapid scaling.
  • Govern daily Go/No-Go and execution quality across all regions.
  • Enforce national drive test methodologies, compliance, safety, and vendor execution standards.
  • Own national NWM workflow structure, automations, integrations, and workorder governance.
  • Coordinate updated flow diagrams, system integration points, and automation readiness.
  • Ensure complete training, certification, MOP adherence, and vendor compliance.
  • Drive national QC improvement initiatives across all regions.
  • Own national reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, escalation summaries, and performance trends.
  • Run national coordination calls, align with Capstone, Actix, engineering, and operations.
  • Support P&L, finance validations, PID creation, and hiring governance.
  • Maintain national escalation matrix and oversee critical issue resolution.
