Job Description U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Systems team is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong strategic and technical experience to support and advance our commercial card initiatives. This role partners closely with product managers, risk and compliance, operations, marketing, and third-party vendors to drive strategic initiatives from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for a self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, takes ownership of complex initiatives, and thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

  • Proven track record of independently managing end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced project management expertise with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business line leaders, enterprise stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful deployment of new commercial card capabilities.
  • Own strategic projects and workstreams from ideation through post-implementation, driving progress and resolving issues to deliver strong results.
  • Manage comprehensive communication and stakeholder engagement plans including product training programs and operational procedures so internal partners and customers are updated on new product enhancements.
  • Keep teams aligned and accountable by setting expectations, tracking follow‑ups, and ensuring owners deliver on outcomes.
