Sigma Defense is seeking a Project Manager to provide the required support to the Capability Development and Innovation (CD&I) division within the Secretariat for Special Operations under the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (OASW(SO/LIC)).   • Support the development of acquisition programs that ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects supporting DoW, the Intelligence Community (IC), International Partners, and Interagency.
  • Provide and support the development of technical and operational assessments related to CD&I requirements.
  • Support the development of packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations including Statements of Work, Technical Assessments, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.
  • Support facilitating and managing the portfolio at a programmatic level, in close coordination with a Government Program Manager.
  • Support operational security, planning, testing, training, system fielding/kitting, and sustainment efforts.
  • Support and ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects.
  • Support the assessment of emerging technologies to include the use of various business systems and networks to develop and draft reports, documents, and briefs with program inputs per programmatic requirements.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.
  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher.
  • Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
