About The Position

One Federal Solution is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. The Project Manager oversees day-to-day operations of all contract staff and reports directly to the Program Director. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with Government standards, and effective coordination with federal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 3–7 years of project and program management experience
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing resources efficiently
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Graduate degree (JD, MBA, or MPA)
  • Experience supervising team leads, analysts, and operational support staff on government contracts
  • Experience in case processing, adjudication, or high-volume document review environments
  • Experience with immigration-related programs (H-2A, H-2B, PERM, prevailing wage, or similar)
  • Experience with SOP development and enforcement
  • Experience with performance metrics, production tracking, and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with PII handling and federal IT security requirements
  • Strong operational management skills, including managing day-to-day workflow for approximately 50 staff
  • Experience with government case management systems (FLAG or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with federal clients and resolve operational issues in real time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities and schedules of contract supervisors/team leads, case processing analysts, and other operational support staff
  • Develop quality and production/performance goals for assigned staff and monitor staff-level performance
  • Work collaboratively with the Government's federal senior management concerning assignment of daily work
  • Report and communicate all contract issues directly to the Program Director for resolution with the COR and OFLC management team
  • Provide timely feedback with proposed resolutions when a federal director raises concerns about SOPs or standards of review not being followed
  • Maintain contract staff production and productivity standards, meet deadlines, and adhere to Government SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with PII and sensitive PII handling requirements and all applicable Federal/DOL IT security rules of behavior
  • Implement daily processes for preparing and reviewing all routine production and performance reports
  • Identify areas of deficiency or inefficiency, assign work tasks, and take prompt action to ensure compliance
  • Meet weekly with federal directors to discuss production status, operational issues, and proposed staff allocation adjustments
