About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a hyperscale data center campus. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from initial site mobilization and structural build to the complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) fit-out and final commissioning. The ideal candidate has a "mission-critical" mindset, prioritizing uptime, scalability, and rigorous safety standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in construction project management, with at least 3 years specifically in Mission Critical/Data Center environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling), LEED certification, and data center tier classifications.
  • Software: Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
  • Certifications: PMP or CCM is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, twist, bend, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods while navigating uneven, unpaved, or obstructed terrain.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Must be able to drive between job sites and access all areas of an active construction zone, including raised platforms, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
  • Must be able to tolerate exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and construction-related noise, vibrations, and odors.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and maintain situational awareness in high-activity environments.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety vests, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots, is required.
  • Must have sufficient visual acuity to read drawings, specifications, and safety signage, and to observe site activity.

Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multi-megawatt data center projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • MEP Coordination: Oversee the installation of high-density power systems (UPS, backup generators, switchgear) and advanced cooling solutions (liquid cooling, CRAHs).
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for hyperscale clients, architects, engineering firms, and subcontractors.
  • Budget & Procurement: Manage multi-million dollar budgets, track expenditures, and oversee the procurement of long-lead equipment (e.g., chillers and transformers).
  • Safety & Quality: Enforce zero-tolerance safety protocols and ensure all builds meet Tier III/IV uptime standards.
  • Commissioning (Cx): Lead the integrated systems testing (IST) phase to ensure the facility is fully operational before hand-off.

Benefits

  • We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
  • There will be a daily per diem (7 days a week) to help with food and lodging.
