About The Position

National Bank is currently seeking candidates for a full-time Project Manager. This position will lead and manage a variety of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position will serve as a key advisor to senior management on project prioritization and risk exposure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, finance, economics, or related field and/or PMP, CPM, PMI or related certification preferred; minimum 3 – 5 years of project management experience – preferably from a financial services or corporate environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall administration of the Bank’s project portfolio and select strategic business initiatives.
• Responsible for and shares accountability with department heads for results of each project.
• Use best practice project management methods to manage all aspects of the project life cycle.
• Accountable for resource management and data management, record keeping, documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with department heads and others to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Create project plans to fit the department’s needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to improve project impact/success.
