The Project Manager is responsible for assigned project work, which could be a singular project or multiple projects. This includes all associated activities such as coordinating work schedules and staffing, managing contractors or subcontractors, overseeing timelines, arranging for materials and equipment, procuring needed items, and managing project budgets. The role covers all aspects of the project(s) from the quoting phase to actual onsite management through the final close-out. The Project Manager may also serve as the primary point of contact for the customer.
