About The Position

As Project Manager, you will manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation while working in partnership with agile scrum teams, architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders. You will facilitate Discovery sessions and planning sessions to build out epics and a timetable for the project(s). Ultimately, you are accountable for successfully orchestrating the delivery of the work across the different teams and for navigating dependencies between teams, sequencing of work, and ensuring collective progress of the impacted squads and teams. You will collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners while respecting their roles, to ensure that major milestones are being met. You will also work closely with external vendors to align plans, track, and hold them accountable to meeting delivery milestones and ensure clear and active communication. While teams remove their own roadblocks, you will own oversight, risk management, decision making and escalations at the higher project level. You will be expected to work within the defined PM Practice, and Agile Governance while actively monitoring work within the ServiceNow and Smartsheet tools which includes providing overall status of the project(s) and presenting accomplishments, expected timelines, barriers, and progress to leadership. The ideal candidate has a customer focused personality and hands-on experience managing projects within an Agile environment. Requirements

  • You are someone that others enjoy working with due to your positive attitude and ability to partner, lead and influence across multiple teams and capabilities
  • 5 years of professional experience
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience managing projects.
  • Experience managing projects in an Agile Environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field OR equivalent work experience
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
