We seek to hire a Project Manager who will strengthen our company culture and represent the company well while overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish - ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while exceeding client expectations. This position will manage all aspects of assigned projects after handoff from estimating, including planning, coordination, documentation, cost control, communication, and closeout. The candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks: Review project documents, drawings, and scope to understand constructability, risks, and profitability opportunities Review subcontractor and vendor proposals; write detailed scopes of work Lead job meetings: prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items Communicate project information and coordinate deliveries/orders to field staff Reconcile project costs weekly and track profitability Review and approve invoices Identify, resolve, and document project issues or inconsistencies

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful experience in commercial and/or multi-family residential construction
  • 3+ years of project management experience managing multiple profitable projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
