Initial Athletics Triage Support Serve as the first point of intake for athletics-related requests, helping sort, prioritize, and route items to the right owners Track urgent or time-sensitive needs tied to games, announcements, or activations Coordinate with Athletics partners to clarify requirements, timelines, and expectations Document needs and status updates so the broader team has visibility Communications & Marketing Team Support Help manage the flow of incoming requests, ensuring the right pieces get to the right team members Assist with scheduling, timelines, and keeping deliverables on track Coordinate cross-team dependencies (content, design, digital, etc.) so everyone stays aligned Flag risks, delays, or resource needs early and offer options to resolve them
