Requirements

3+ years of Electrical Project Management experience
10+ years in the electrical trade; foreman or superintendent experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70)
Background in custom residential rough and finish electrical
Familiarity with lighting control and home automation systems
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and clean background

Responsibilities

Lead high‑end electrical projects from planning through final walkthrough
Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans
Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and builders
Review and interpret electrical plans, lighting designs, and specifications
Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders
Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and field leadership
Conduct regular site visits and run project meetings
Support and guide foremen and field crews
Maintain strict quality standards on lighting, finishes, and integrated systems
Use CRM and project management tools to track progress and documentation
