About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of exterior construction projects—from job kickoff through completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of project management experience (roofing, construction, or exterior services preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with technology (CRM systems, project management tools, mobile apps)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and insurance processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing and exterior projects from start to finish
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, crews, and subcontractors
• Conduct pre-job planning and job site inspections
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners, sales teams, and leadership
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets company standards
• Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes
• Manage project documentation, photos, and job updates in CRM systems
