Reporting to the CEO, the Project Manager serves as the Contractor’s single point of accountability for execution of all IV&V, program management, financial, and risk support activities under this task order. The PM is responsible for day-to-day leadership, coordination with the COR and DIS leadership, and ensuring all contract requirements, deliverables, schedules, and quality standards are met. The PM oversees: Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) activities across DIS systems Program communications and reporting Financial oversight and billing reconciliation support Risk management framework execution Staffing, workload planning, and continuity of operations The PM ensures the contractor delivers independent, objective, and actionable insights while maintaining strict adherence to scope, schedule, cost controls, and federal compliance requirements.
