About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a federal Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract supporting an enterprise-level IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our federal client and ensure the stability, performance, and compliance of the TRIRIGA platform. You will oversee ongoing system operations while preparing for future modernization efforts, including migration to MREF, and ensuring all work meets federal standards. Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, AZ, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA supporting O&M, configuration, development, or system administration.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant project or program management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage federal clients, contract deliverables, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software tools.
  • Strong understanding of project life cycle phases and project administration processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • ITIL or Security+ Certification.
  • Experience supporting federal security and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the authorized representative for all technical and administrative matters; ensure deliverables meet CLIN requirements; lead Monthly Status Reviews (MSRs).
  • TRIRIGA O&M Oversight – Manage daily operations including patching, bug fixes, performance tuning, and database optimization.
  • Build and guide a team of asset‑management and technical professionals to ensure system and data availability, accuracy, and quality.
  • Ensure all system changes and operations adhere to applicable federal security and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, agency ATO requirements).
  • Oversee Tier I–III support teams to meet agreed-upon service levels.
  • Manage a comprehensive training program, including both in-person and virtual delivery.
  • Coordinate system enhancements and upgrades using Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on the client’s SDLC.
  • Lead Change Control Board (CCB) activities and collaborate with functional leads to prioritize the maintenance backlog.
  • Identify technical risks and system vulnerabilities; develop strategies to prevent outages and reduce technical debt.
