About The Position

About the opportunity: Kinetic IT is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join one of our largest enterprise accounts based in East Perth. You will lead the delivery of medium-sized IT projects across various lifecycle stages, working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments to support key transformation initiatives. This role requires strong coordination, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and governance capability, including managing documentation, resources, budgets, contracts, and project reporting. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and senior stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes aligned to customer and organisational objectives. What you’ll bring: Proven experience delivering IT or infrastructure projects in complex enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies (Azure DevOps, SCRUM preferred). Demonstrated capability managing budgets, schedules, risks, contracts, and supplier relationships. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and executive levels. Strong financial and business acumen with governance and reporting capability. Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or PMBOK (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, governance, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and customers to coordinate project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, purchase orders, forecasts, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain documentation, registers, contracts, change requests, and compliance records.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track actions, issue minutes, and coordinate communications.
  • Produce project reporting, insights, and data analysis to support decision-making.
