About The Position
Serves as the primary point of contact for all programmatic issues, concerns, and status updates while guiding the technical team from requirements to delivery.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in IT, Business, or a related field).
- Experience: 8+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically managing enterprise IT infrastructure or software development projects.
Nice To Haves
- Ideal Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and recommend industry best practices and governance for all task areas.
- Engage on a weekly basis to support the ongoing performance of SOW tasks.
- Utilize technical writing skills to develop and assist with project documents.
- Manage schedules, track the progress of project activities, and document and mitigate risks.
