Ten Mile Construction is actively seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their expanding team.

Requirements

  • 3-10+ years of project management experience in residential and/or commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites regularly

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field(preferred but not required)
  • Willing to train the right candidate with construction experience

Responsibilities

  • Management of $2-4 million in projects at a time
  • Manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects simultaneously
  • Manage contracts & change orders
  • Develop & maintain project schedules
  • Oversee permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building codes.
  • Monitor job site safety and ensure OSHA compliance
  • Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts efficiently
  • Learning & maintaining job costing
  • Buildertrend project management software training and use, willing to grow with the program
  • Overseeing crew timeclocks, adjusting as necessary, daily with superintendent
  • Review of job logs daily
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
  • Direct customer communication required

  • Compensation $80,000.00-$110,000.00 DOE
