Requirements

3-10+ years of project management experience in residential and/or commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites regularly

Nice To Haves

Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field(preferred but not required)
Willing to train the right candidate with construction experience

Responsibilities

Management of $2-4 million in projects at a time
Manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects simultaneously
Manage contracts & change orders
Develop & maintain project schedules
Oversee permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building codes.
Monitor job site safety and ensure OSHA compliance
Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts efficiently
Learning & maintaining job costing
Buildertrend project management software training and use, willing to grow with the program
Overseeing crew timeclocks, adjusting as necessary, daily with superintendent
Review of job logs daily
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
Direct customer communication required
