We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial estimate to project completion. This role combines relationship-building, sales, and project oversight — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping others. You’ll work closely with a Construction Superintendent to manage contractors and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high-quality standards.

Requirements

Experience in restoration and/or construction project management
Proficiency with Xactimate (estimating software)
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Background in disaster mitigation/restoration highly preferred

Responsibilities

Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) using Xactimate
Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met on all job sites
Support marketing and relationship-building initiatives to grow accounts
Attend client meetings and represent ServiceMaster DSI professionally
Monitor financial performance and resolve issues to keep projects on track
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to team development
