About The Position

Our client is integrating an acquisition into its enterprise platform and is seeking a strategic, collaborative Project Manager with strong Workday experience. This is a long-term initiative requiring someone who can see the big picture, work across teams, and drive results with confidence and clarity.

Requirements

5-10 years of project management experience (Workday implementation preferred)
Strong communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams
Big-picture thinker who's not afraid to speak up or step outside their lane
Adaptable and comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

Build and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure proactive follow-up
Identify and mitigate risks and issues (RAID) early and assertively
Align project goals with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations
Act as the central liaison between Delivery, Platform, Vendor, Architecture, InfoSec, and other teams
Promote open communication and collaboration across all delivery streams
Ensure dependencies and interlocks are managed effectively
Anticipate and address risks before escalation
Coordinate with internal controls to ensure compliance
Communicate mitigation strategies to leadership and stakeholders
Maintain comprehensive documentation including status reports and meeting notes
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress and challenges
Manage project budgets and resource allocation
Utilize Clarity PPM Tool for financial tracking and reporting
Ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence
Comply with ITPMO standards and directives from direct management
