Provides overall leadership, coordination, and oversight for digital services supporting NSF OLPA. Serves as the primary point of contact between OLPA, the COR, and contractor digital staff. Plans, prioritizes, and manages digital tasks across graphic design, web development, UX, multimedia, and digital asset management. Develops schedules, staffing plans, and task-level work plans to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Ensures all digital products comply with NSF branding, federal plain-language standards, and Section 508/WCAG accessibility requirements. Manages risks, resolves issues, and adapts resources to meet evolving requirements and surge needs. Coordinates publishing workflows with the NSF Web Team and supports ticket-based operations (e.g., ServiceNow). Tracks performance metrics and provides regular status updates to the COR and OLPA leadership.
