About The Position

We are a professional custom automotive company specializing in high-quality vehicle builds, restorations, and performance enhancements. We are seeking an entry-level Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of custom automotive projects. This role is well-suited for a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and an interest in project management within a technical, production-driven environment. The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with shop leadership, technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with customer expectations and company standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with basic office software, including email and spreadsheets
  • Professional demeanor with internal teams and external customers

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or fabrication environments
  • Internship or entry-level experience in project coordination or operations
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools or ERP/shop management systems
  • Customer-facing or client coordination experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end management of custom automotive projects, from authorization through completion
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure adherence to schedules
  • Serve as a point of coordination between production teams, management, vendors, and customers
  • Assist with project documentation, including work orders, change requests, and progress reports
  • Coordinate parts procurement and vendor communication to support project timelines
  • Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to senior management as appropriate
  • Participate in project review meetings and provide status updates
  • Assist with quality assurance checks prior to final vehicle delivery
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards
