About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager plans, executes, and finalizes projects within constraints like budget and time. They coordinate team members, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field with 3 years or relevant experience.
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or equivalent.
Experience in project management or in a similar role.
Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
Experience in enterprise IT

Responsibilities

Manage implemented project plans, and tracking of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Report on project budgets and resources effectively.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
