We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Innovation Department in Jacksonville, FL This role is pivotal in overseeing IT projects from concept to completion-ensuring high-quality implementation, efficient use of resources, and timely delivery of key initiatives that align with our organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and organized leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing technical insight with strategic vision. This is an in-office position located in Jacksonville, FL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years of project management experience (IT project focus preferred).
  • Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership and business acumen; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and enthusiastic about continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans using the WOZ ticketing system and Jira.
  • Oversee project progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project goals.
  • Review contracts and recommend actions related to vendor and partner agreements.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and insights to support business needs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
